PLEASE NOTE: All damages and missing parts must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Please contact us here to do so. Failure to report within this time frame will result in you having to pay for replacement items.

Returns Policy

We will accept any unwanted items up to 30 days after receiving your order. We will charge a 20% handling charge for any items returned after 7 days of receiving your order to cover re-stocking costs. Please in the first instance within the 30 day period email us at info@tekplas.co.uk and we will provide you with a returns note number for reference when it arrives with us (A returns note number is not compulsory although it will speed up the refund process).

The cost of returns must be covered by the customer, we, unfortunately, do not provide a collection service. The returned items must be in new condition and in their original packaging. No tape is to be stuck to our products, fittings must not have been fitted and any displayed packaged items must not have been opened. Failing to do so could incur the customer a £20.00 charge.

Where items are sent “free of charge” at our discretion we reserve the right to charge the delivery charge that was occurred delivering the items.

Made to measure orders e.g. Gates, Doors, Fencing, Structures, etc cannot be returned and are excluded from the distance selling regulations.

Cancellations

Cancelling after you have received your order

You have a right to cancel your order up to 48 hours after receiving your order without giving any reason. You can return your order to us to the address below within this period and no handling charge will be charged. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of returning the items, the returned items must be in perfect “as new” condition, therefore Plastic protection should not be removed, goods not cut or drilled, fittings must not have been fitted and any displayed packaged items must not have been opened.

Please note that made-to-measure orders e.g. Gates, Fencing, Structures, etc. cannot be returned and are excluded from the distance selling regulations.

Canceling before you have received your order

You will be able to cancel your order before you have received your order by contacting us by Telephone on 0230 478 8031 on  Monday – Friday 09:00 – 16:00. We will need you to send us an email after you have contacted us by telephone to confirm this on info@tekplas.co.uk. We aim to dispatch your order within 4-5 days of receiving it so if your order has been dispatched you will be responsible for any cost that occurred retrieving your order from our couriers. Our orders are dispatched at approximately 15:00 every weekday so please notify us before this time.

Replacements & Damaged Items

Damaged items that were not obvious when the delivery was signed for, i.e. marks under the protective wrapper etc. can only be sent free of charge if we are notified within 48 hours of receiving your goods, Any damages reported after this period could be deemed to have occurred whilst the items were in your care and no claims will be possible.

Please do not fit any damaged products, if damaged products are fitted you will not be eligible for a replacement, as could be deemed to have occurred whilst the items were being fitted and no claims will be possible. We require that any damaged items are notified to us in writing i.e. Email or letter. All items must be wrapped in the original packaging they were sent in for you to obtain a replacement.

If you are expecting a delay or experiencing digital problems with any of the above methods or you are sending a letter of notification please contact us by telephone on 0203 478 8031 between Monday – Friday 09:00 – 16:00. We will still require written notification after this.
