Delivery & Returns
Is your delivery FREE?
All our main products - Playpens, Whelping Boxes, Gates and Compost Bins come with FREE delivery to UK Mainland addresses excluding Scottish Highlands.
Fixings if ordered separately and not with any of the items above will have a delivery fee applied.
Can I return my item if I don't like it?
Yes you can. Your item must be returned in it's original packaging and unused and not assembled.
You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us so please ensure you use a trusted courier. Unfortunately you will not be reimbursed for your shipping.
Once we have inspected the return we will then process a refund.

Are all your products made in the UK?
Yes. All our main products which are made of PVC are designed a manufactured in our Surrey Factory.
Fixings we supply with our products are bought externally.
Do you offer custom sizes?
Yes we would love to help you with your bespoke requirements. Contact us with your requirements and we will get back to you with a quote.
How do I clean Tekplas products?
Our products can easily be wiped down with a damp cloth or washed outside with water to make them look like new again. Please do not use any bleach or acid.
To disinfect our Playpens and Whelping Boxes a solution of dilute Dettol can be applied and then wiped off with a damp cloth.
Do your products fade outdoors?
We aim for our products to look like new for years to come. Constant direct sunlight will fase our products slightly over the years but unnoticeable to the eye. We have special sprays which can help preserve your products for longer.

All of our products are made from recycled PVC.
Why PVC and not wood?
By using PVC instead of wood, we can help conserve natural resources and reduce deforestation. PVC is a synthetic material made from abundant and readily available resources, such as salt and natural gas, while wood requires cutting down trees, which can have significant environmental impacts.
We aim to use 99% of recycled PVC within our products.
