Precise Installation and Operation: Tekplas gates are engineered with precision. Each gate is designed to be 20mm smaller than the actual gap, which equals 10mm each side of the gate, ensuring smooth operation and ample clearance for opening and closing. Installation is straightforward, requiring only a minimal 15mm elevation from the ground.
In the gap box please put your actual gap size and will minus the 20mm of clearance, and make the gate to suit.
Our gates come with 2 x Hinges and 1 x Ring Latch, you can also purchase tower bolts separately from the fixings page for add strength if you have large dogs jumping against the gates.
Posts Explained
Depending on the use of the gate you might require a few different post options. Our gate posts are 75mm square for your reference. As you might need to take these into consideration.
So we offer no posts as you might be fitting the gate to replace a current panel on existing fencing or just not require posts.
We offer 1 x Post as you might be fitting a gate onto the end of a fencing run that already has a post. So you only require 1 x post to complete your fencing and gate run.
2 x posts if your planning on having a gate separate to your fencing, or putting a gate in an opening that you want to close off or separate.
